Lyons Will Chardonnay 2023

Picked in April in 2023, this single block Chardonnay is bunch sorted, pressed (50% destemmed and 50% whole bunch) and left to rest in French oak with little intervention for nine months. The 25 year old vines were hand pruned, carefully manicured throughout the season and hand-picked ensuring only the best fruit goes into each bottle.
 
With only 140 cases made, this is a very limited release.
