Notes: Fermented on skins for 12 days in stainless steel vats then pressed to barrel for a long élevage of 17 months. Bottled unfiltered & unfined with no sulphur additions. A dry take on Moscato, lovely and floral with the full mouthfeel that you’d expect from a wine on skins.
